Investment Advantages of Mini Hotels at Bản Mòng Resort & Funfair

This is one of the most popular entertainment spots in Đà Lạt, located right in the heart of the dreamy city. At Datanla Waterfall, visitors not only get to admire the poetic scenery but can also immerse themselves in nature through the alpine coaster system — the longest forest slide in Southeast Asia — along with many other thrilling adventure games.

Investors who own a mini hotel at Bản Mòng Resort & Funfair will have their property leased back for life by the developer, CTX Holdings, and receive an annual return of 5% in USD.

Real estate remains one of the most stable investment channels, offering attractive returns. Among its segments, resort real estate with professional rental management is drawing increasing interest from investors.

At the Bản Mòng Resort & Funfair project, Vietnam Construction and Trading Joint Stock Corporation (CTX Holdings) has announced a lifetime profit-sharing policy, offering a 5% annual return in USD for investors. Specifically, customers who own a mini hotel unit in the project will have it leased back for life by CTX Holdings and receive a 5% yearly profit in USD.

Investors also won’t need to worry about operations or property management, as the entire hotel system will be managed by Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel. In addition to rental income, each owner will be gifted 100 complimentary nights per year at the Bản Mòng mini hotel system.

According to the project developer, this policy not only ensures a stable cash flow but also helps investors avoid risks from exchange rate fluctuations or local currency inflation. Notably, investors have the option to resell the property to the developer if they urgently need capital. The policy targets financially savvy investors with strong cash flow who have yet to find a suitable investment channel.

Profit payments under this policy will begin once the project is completed and put into operation.

“We’ve observed that many people are struggling with operational management when investing in homestays or Airbnb — large capital outlay, but inconsistent cash flow,” a representative of CTX Holdings shared. “The mini hotel product at Bản Mòng is designed to solve this challenge.”

Bản Mòng Resort & Funfair is a 27.3-hectare resort, cultural, and entertainment complex located on the slopes of Hàm Rồng Mountain in Cầu Mây Ward, about 2 kilometers from the center of Sa Pa town. The project features over 1,500 accommodation units with modern design that still honors local cultural identity.

Within the complex, the developer has put into operation the Alpine Coaster 2.0 — an imported mountain slide system from Germany — creating a popular recreational highlight in the area. In addition, the entertainment zone called The Carnival has been carefully invested to serve both group travelers and international guests. Key attractions include a central square with a capacity of over 1,000 people offering views of the Mường Hoa Valley, a Bản Mòng-themed food court, an infinity pool, a bar lounge, an event center, karaoke rooms, and a modern massage area.

According to the developer, the flexible operation model, attractive profit-sharing policy, and the strong tourism growth potential of Sa Pa are expected to be driving forces for the success of the Bản Mòng Resort & Funfair project.
